Terms of Service

Welcome to RAM CHARGE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RAM CHARGE mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by RAM CHARGE ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

RAM CHARGE provides a network of electric vehicle charging stations in Iraq, along with a mobile app to locate stations, start and monitor charging sessions, and pay for electricity consumed.

2. Accounts

You may use RAM CHARGE without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

3. Using Our Charging Stations

When using a RAM CHARGE station, you agree to:

  • Use the equipment only as intended, and follow any instructions or safety notices posted at the station
  • Not tamper with, damage, or attempt to bypass station equipment
  • Ensure your vehicle and charging cable are compatible with the station before starting a session
  • End your session and disconnect promptly once charging is complete, so the station is available for others

You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of station equipment.

4. Payments

  • Charging sessions are billed based on the electricity delivered (kWh) at the price displayed for that station at the time of your session, in Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
  • Payments are processed through our licensed payment partner. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount.
  • Prices may vary by station and may change over time. The price shown at the start of your session is the price that applies to that session.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep our stations available and in good working order, but we do not guarantee that any specific station will be available, online, or functioning at any given time. Stations may be temporarily offline for maintenance, power issues, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Emergency Shutdown

For safety, our stations include emergency shutdown capability. We may stop a charging session at any time if we detect a safety issue, technical fault, or other condition that requires it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAM CHARGE is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
  • Loss or damage resulting from station unavailability or service interruptions
  • Damage to your vehicle from third-party or improper use of charging equipment outside our control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damage caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse our stations or app. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq, without regard to conflict of law principles.
